1. Refund Policy for Real Estate Transactions:

a. Property Purchase:
In the event of a property purchase, refunds are generally not applicable once the transaction is completed and the necessary legal procedures have been initiated. As a real estate agency, we act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers and facilitate property transactions. Once the transfer of property ownership is completed, the transaction is considered final.

b. Rental Fees:
For rental agreements, any refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If there are exceptional circumstances and you wish to request a refund for rental fees, please contact our customer support team within 6-7 Business Working Days from the date of the rental agreement..

2. Return Policy for Real Estate Services:

a. Cancellation of Services:
If you wish to cancel any real estate services provided by Major Properties LLC before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the fees paid.

It may take 5-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. However, please note that any expenses or costs incurred during the service delivery may be deducted from the refund amount.

In case you have not received your refund after 5-10 working days of sending us a request, please send us an email with your order details at info@major-properties.com.

3. How to Request a Refund/Return:

a. Contact Us:
To request a refund or return, please contact our customer support team via email at info@major-properties.com or phone at +971 4 547 1046. Provide your name, contact information, details of the service or transaction, and a reason for the refund/return request.

b. Processing Time:
We will process your refund/return request as soon as possible, typically within 2 – 5 business days from receiving the request.

Once the refund request has been approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon. It may take 5-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. In case you have not received your refund, please send us an email with your order details at info@major-properties.com. (Please note that full refund might not be applicable depending on the situation)

4. Refund/Return Exceptions:

a. Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as administrative charges, processing fees, or third-party expenses, may be non-refundable.

b. Completed Transactions:
As mentioned earlier, once a real estate transaction is completed and the necessary legal procedures are initiated, refunds for property purchases are generally not applicable.

5. Changes to the Refund/Return Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund/Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be posted on our website with the effective date.
